Have not yet...The old cable system still worked when I removed it, but it had a great deal of play. In being more adventurous, I bought another 120 outdrive at a local flea market and have rebuilt it and added the tru course components (It had the through the transom clamshell components)---even that wasn't hard after looking around ebay for a little while. In the past, other family friends complained loudly about how difficult OMC's were to work on..I have found just the opposite to be true... I sent a couple of pictures earlier to the we site---but I have more and will get them up sometime soon (would like to do a before/after!)
