Holy cow! Do you know how many pages of quoted text were included in
your email? Trim those puppies down! ;-) Anyhow, to my knowledge, my
tilt system is stock, the only addition is a hard rubber stop block
bolted to the top of the drive to keep it from getting tilted too
high. And I didn't add that. I think my hand wheel is inside the
engine compartment behind the engine, on the port side of the boat. My
guess is your problem is a relay, judging by the symptoms. Could also
be a loose wire of bad connection.
