Not necessarily concerning OMC boats.
Several times in my 40 + yrs on Lake Michigan there have been Captains
out by themselves not wearing PFD's or a cut-off switch's whose boat's have
been found in the middle of the lake out of fuel, Captain never seen again.
Including one (Woody Kelly) that scammed millions of $$ and supposedly
has been seen in Florida.
