[omc-boats] wiring

I just wanted to note that I had not had problems with the wiring before.
I just noticed how bad it looked and wanted to get it ready for the salt
water. I don't expect there to be anything wrong with the harness. The
helm will probably need a lot of work due to the connecters that are open to
the air. I will most likely need to replace most of it. We will see.
