Glenn,
I have done just that a couple of times - in line filters work fine -
marine fuel pumps can be hard to find as well and I have had two go bad
so far - although I have spares, each failed pump leaked gas - so no
more old ones - I put electric pumps in and they work fine - be sure to
wire them to the oil pressure so the pump won't stay on when the engine
stops - even with the ignition on - Dave
