Try simple things first - check the plug wires; make sure they are assigned
to the appropriate sparkplug. Look around for loose wires, fittings etc. Get
a carb. rebuild book and go to work. I once bought sheet gasket material
(the thin gray stuff ) and traced the carb. gaskets and cut them out. You
can buy assorted diameter leather punches to punch the little holes - make
sure you get them aligned exactly to the original using the original as a
template - its nutty but I've done it and it works. I've made tons of
gaskets with a hobby knife and hole puches using similar material to the
original. Really there is very little to go wrong with a carburator that
you can't personally fix. Good luck- Tom
