I have a 1967 Sportsman 155, and I need a fuel filter. (Actually this boat
is a hybrid - I took the drive train out of a 1967 with a trashed hull, and
dropped it into a 1968 Sportsman with a trashed engine and outdrive). A
couple of years ago I was able to get this fuel filter at the local auto
parts store, but now the Wix number is discontinued and nobody can find a
cross-reference. This is the Buick 225 V-6 engine. Does anybody have the
part number? I haven't tried the parts department at the local GM dealer
but that is my next stop. By the way, I have canvas for the 1967 boat
that is in good shape but I don't need any more. Anybody interested?
