thanks to everyone for all the input, i've observed it a bit more.

it seems to be intermittent. it fired right up each time while using it yesterday. even after sitting around a couple days. but if i run it for say 20-30 mins, then shut it off and drift for a while - when I go to restart that's when it seems to have issues. A slow climb up to the proper throttle speed. I'm happy it's atleast starting though!

So it' seems to have spark, if the cam is worn it would probably be having problems every start. Seems to be a hot engine thing, although it's done it cold too. ??
