Subject: [OMC-Boats] Engine block plug water leak

A pressurized water leak (constant water pick sized
stream) from an engine block area has emerged on my Buick 300. The exact
location is illustrated in the image that can be found here: http://cid-b35b5e0fd3a90c91.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/.Public/Engine%20image0001.jpg
Specifically, it's a hole in the middle positioned 1/2 dollar sized area
that looks like one of 3 plugs on each side of the engine block.
I've drawn an arrow to it in the linked image and the leak is definitely
not from the nearby petcock.

I am trying to determine the best method to seal this
area and wondering if anyone has a recommended product or solution to
resolve? For example, leveraging a Fuel Tank & Radiator
Repair kit like the one found here: http://www.autozone.com/autozone/catalog/accessories/accProductDetails.jsp?counter=0&categoryDisplayName=Sealants+and+Adhesives&fromString=search&itemIdentifier=344855_0_0_&productId=344855&sortType=&parentId=1309-10&filterByKeyWord=radiator+and+fuel+tank+kit&categoryNValue=101309&navValue=101084&fromWhere=&itemId=1084-10&displayName=Specialty+Repair&store=2791&skuDisplayName=Fuel+tank+and+radiator+repair+kit&brandName=Permatex

Other?

Best,
John
