[OMC-Boats] Engine block plug water leak

You have pointed to one of the freeze plugs. They will rust through if given enough time. (Is 40 years enough???) They are not too hard to replace. This one has to have the starter removed before pounding the new on back in. NAPA has these for our blocks. Bob
