My experience similar to Lee's. It's available at quite a few boat dealers locally (Albany, NY). I use either BRP Premium Blend or Sierra Type C in the elec shift LU. In the upper, I run the blue Merc High Performance Gear Lube.

i know this has been discussed recently but i can't find in my collection of emails. can anyone tell me what type of lower unit oil i am supposed to buy for these electric shift's (and where)? Went to get some the other day at a local boat store and all the bottles said "don't use on OMC electric shifts"
