[OMC-Boats] Fluid amounts

On the 5 bolt caps the lower unit oil capacity is 33.9 ounces and the upper
is 18.25 ounces. Use the OMC C fluid wherever you have electrical lines in
the fluid (to run the magnet coils). I think the fluid is designed to be
used with electrical insulation and other fluids might deteriorate the
insulation.
On fuel tanks - I know there is a small mesh screen at the fuel tank outlet
tube down within the tank. This can only be accessed by removing the access
hatch - this is how it is for the Rogue tank. You can make your own gaskets
for the access plate and sender unit with cork. Make sure the sender unit
gasket is thick enough to clear the small rivets at the bottom of the sender
otherwise the sender plate with not fully seal - I learned this the hard way
trying to chase down a leak at the fuel tank access plate. Problem solved.
