RE: [omc-boats] Engine Noise

We use egg crate foam at work as a noise reducer. I had thought about using
it on my own boat. You would still get the noise out of the vent system.
If it were too tight the fumes could build up.

Subject: [omc-boats] Engine Noise

Wondering if anybody has added sound-reducing material to their engine
compartment and, if so, what materials were used and was it effective?
