No, I was not an engineer - I assembled prototypes, worked on molds to 
build prototype hulls etc. then took them out for testing etc. very 
interesting job but I was there for only a year - then got married and 
moved away - but at least I got all the training etc. - even have my 
Certified OMC Mechanic's certificate. Dave
