the list, getting off the list, digests

I'm glad to see people on the list helping each other out!
That was the whole idea!

Reminder: to remove yourself from the list, send a plain text (NOT
HTML) message with:

        un-sub-scribe listname

(without the hyphens -- the list software is ever vigilant for what
appears to be a command in a message) in the body of the message
(where listname is omc-boats or omc-boats-digest). If that doesn't
work, you can contact me directly: phil@...

If the annual bout of traffic is too much for you, consider switching
to the digest version, which bundles up the messages and sends them
out once a day, for less clutter in your mailbox.
