It's called the transom seal. Guard it with your life. They are the dickens
to replace! I replaced the one in my 1969 ROGUE last year. They bolt in.
Get a SELOC manual which tells you how. Don't poke the new one with your
screwdriver when installing. I had my local dealer order one so I guess most
are still available. Tom K.
