The mailing list digest looks like it's operational.

Here's a message that made it into the first digest
but DIDN'T get sent to the regular list due to
a messup on my part when implementing the digest!

Michael,

Congrats on getting the Sweet Sixteen running. My Boat is a 1966 Sport 16'
with a 120hp I/O. It is not up to posted picture condition -- yet -- but
is getting there. To answer your question about a tach, you should be able
to use the points on the magneto as the trigger for the Tach, similar to how
the points/coil is used on a battery/points/coil ignition system. If that
doesn't work your only option is to use a magnetic pickup type where a
magnet is afixed to the flywheel and a pickup detects the magnet as the
flywheel spins. This type of tach is available for diesel engines and
should be adaptable.

I support use of daily digest (as an option, some folks like individual
messages).

Where can I get help on the wiring of the tachometer for my Sweet 16. I
can't finda wiring diagram anywhere. It will be specific to a magneto
iginition.

TIA
