You will have a tough time finding a replacement. You can look on ebay
forever and maybe not see one but occasionally you will find some one
parting out one of these boats. You may get lucky. Otherwise improvise or
make do. The boats are a lot of fun but the hull parts are very hard to
find. The sterndrive etc. not too hard. Get a Seloc Repair manual and follow
the forums. Have fun most of all. Welcome to this site BTW. Tom K>

Hi,

I?m new in this forum and I don't know the operation way.
Two weeks ago I bought a OMC 17?deluxe and the only original part that I
need is the red navigation light.
Where can I get one? may be is silliness, but I want the boat as original as
the first day.
My idea is painting with the original colors, brown and cream, and if cannot
get the red nav light, I will have to change the red light too.

Check over on www.omcboats.org. I believe there is a topic on replacing nav
lights plus there is a bunch more info. It needs more traffic anyway.
