Um, assuming a specific gravity of about 1.3, 500 pounds of vinyl is most of a 55-gallon drum of liquid vinyl.  That's a lot of trim in that small profile.  More info needed!

Here's a link to the WEFCO web site and the Style # is a 1489G ( http://www.wefcorubber.com/PDF/marine/Rub-Rail%20Inserts.pdf ).
I was told when I talked to the owner that a custom color would have to be done in a 500 lb batch run. What I don't know is how many feet is 500 lbs going to be. I could use 100 feet and that would be PLENTY of extra for me. So I guess I'm game if we can get enough interest.
