It's a SkiLark, made only in 1965, and pretty rare. The I/O model,
the Evinrude Playmate was made 1965-1968, and is more common.
The Johnson version of the Playmate, the Caprice was made 1966-1968.

I can place your request on the "wanted" page, of the web site,
but I'm woefully behind in getting it updated!
