[OMC-Boats] Flotation

I have heard a few people comment on the flotation being saturated. How can you tell if it is and is there any way to resolve that without completely replacing it? I might be able to weigh it to make sure but I don't know what the empty weight (minus motor) is. My Sport14 is currently upside down now waiting for warmer weather so I can begin the minor fiberglass work.

So far I have removed the floor and styrofoam (water logged approx. 600 lbs worth). I 've replaced the dump in foam. Next step plywood and glass. Reguards FRED HOEFFNER
