Hey Jim. Sounds like the impeller in the outdrive is shot. Look on EBAY for
parts and manuals.

Ive gotten this old boat to run(v-6 Buick)but I cant get it to suck the
water up thru the tail shaft like its supposed to. Any body have any ideas.I
guess I probably need a book on the outboard drive.Only name on it I can
find is MARINE.
