[omc-boats] Manual Needed & '69 Sportsman 150 and tech help changing impellor.

  At moment Ralph's on flight back from Seattle (Evinrude Conference last week), so I can't speak w/ him.
  Later today I'll check if he has the manual you need: 69 Evinrude Sportsman 150 with the 225 V6
   
  But, if you just need to know "how to change the impellor", I'm certain he'd be willing/able to give you instructions over the phone,
  so you don't need to wait until you get the manual.
