Sending mail to the list is NOT the way, but I'll use it as an
opportunity to educate:

By sending mail to majordomo@... with a plain text body that
reads (without the hyphens-- I need them to defeat software that tries
to avoid passing change requests to the list):

        u-n-s-u-b-s-c-r-i-b-e omc-boats
and/or
        u-n-s-u-b-s-c-r-i-b-e omc-boats-digest

You must send the message from the e-mail address you want removed.

If you can't manage to get this to work, send mail to
postmaster@..., or to me.
